Crochet Along Kirby Pattern

Everyone's favorite little pink blob, now as a crochet-a-long! I've never participated in a CAL before but nevertheless, I figured why not create my own!

Little by little this creature will be put together, Ill be posting one part every week starting September first until he's completed. I'll even be making another of my own along with you all! Once he's finished I'll make a final post with all the parts together for easier future viewing. But for now, I'll post the schedule and materials needed here, as follows below:

Schedule:

Week 1 (9/1) - Intro/Materials

Week 2 (9/8) - Body

Week 3 (9/15) - Arms and Legs

Week 4 (9/22) - Detailing (Blush, Eyes, Mouth) and finishing touches

Week 5 (9/29) - All Parts Together (Final post, for future reference)

Materials: Hook Size: K/6.5mm

Yarn: Big Twist Cuddle (Pink and red, or these two colors in any 6 weight yarn)

Felt (Black and white)

Thread (Black and white)

Sewing Needle/Yarn needle (both)

**While I did use chunky yarn for my pattern, any yarn size will also work, just make sure your hook size is at least one below the yarns recommended as this keeps the stitches tighter together
